GearAid Black Witch

McNett Gear Aid Black Witch Neoprene Cement 28ml is the new McNett Gear Aid Black Witch “toluene free formula” Aquasure + Neo quick drying neoprene contact adhesive is suitable for quick, (up to one hour) repairs, of Neoprene rips and tears and especially suitable for Neoprene butt end jointing of seams or edges, where rubber is directly bonded together.

Black Witch is also suitable for use on latex wrist and neck seals etc.

Note: When quick repairs are not required, or to re-coat high wear abrasion areas such as knee or elbow sections etc, use McNett Gear Aid Aquasure high strength, permanent adhesive.

Black Witch is a ready to use, solvent based contact adhesive perfect for excellent adhesion to neoprene, rubber and various types of flexible plastics and is therefore suitable for fast repairs to Neoprene wetsuits and other water sports equipment. Due to its fast flash off and long open period, bonds may be made over a wide range of open times and the fast-cure time of approx. 1 to 2 hours is especially suitable for quick in-field repairs. After cure, Black Witch exhibits good flexibility and resistance against heat, weathering, ageing, moisture and UV light.

Equipment Care

Rinse aids, wetsuit and BCD cleaners, odour removers, defog, zip lubricants, greases and repair adhesives from McNett Gear Aid, AP Diving, 500 PSI, Beaver and Absolutely Clear. Salt, grit and body oils do their damage slowly, and most of it is preventable. Always follow the care instructions supplied with your own equipment, and check the manufacturer specification before putting any cleaner or lubricant near it.
