Frequently asked questions
Straps, screen protectors, bezels and mounts are model-specific. A strap made for one model in a range will not usually fit another model in the same range, even where they look similar.
Check the exact model named on the product listing against the model marked on your computer. If your model is not named, ask us before ordering rather than assuming it will fit.

It depends entirely on the model. Some computers are designed for a user-replaceable battery and we sell the kit with the seals included. Others are sealed units, or need checking after being opened.
Check the manufacturer specification for your computer before opening it, because a badly seated seal is what floods a computer. We also change batteries in store if you would rather we did it.

You only need one if your computer supports air integration and you want cylinder pressure on the screen. Transmitters pair to a specific system and are not interchangeable between brands.
Check the manufacturer specification to confirm that the transmitter and the computer are a supported pairing, or ask us to check it before you buy.

Rinse it in fresh water after every dive, paying attention to the buttons and any charging or download contacts, and dry it before storing.
Check the strap and its retaining bars for wear as part of your kit check. A perished strap or a tired spring bar is one of the more common ways a computer gets lost on a dive, and both are inexpensive to replace.
