Halcyon Explorer Knife Details

The Halcyon Explorer Knife is designed around the needs of divers who want reliable cutting capability while keeping their equipment configuration compact and streamlined. The titanium construction provides a lightweight and durable solution, while the combination of straight and serrated cutting edges gives you options for dealing with different materials. An integrated line cutter provides an additional cutting option when working with line, cord or other entanglement hazards.

The one-handed sheath design allows the knife to be removed and replaced easily, even when wearing gloves. The low-profile configuration helps minimise the chance of the knife catching on equipment or becoming an unwanted snag point during a dive.

Halcyon Explorer Knife Angled Sheath

The optional angled sheath positions the handle at approximately a 45–50-degree angle when mounted to a waist belt or harness. This ergonomic position can make the knife easier to reach while keeping the overall configuration streamlined.

An angled sheath can provide:

  • Easier access: The handle naturally falls into your hand, reducing awkward wrist movement when drawing the knife.

  • Ambidextrous access: The angled mounting position can allow the knife to be accessed comfortably with either hand.

  • Reduced snag risk: Keeping the handle closer to the waist can help reduce the likelihood of catching on lines, nets, kelp or other equipment.

  • Improved comfort: The angled position can reduce interference with your body when sitting, bending or working in confined environments.

The Halcyon Explorer Knife is available with either the H Sheath or Angled Sheath, allowing you to select the mounting solution that best suits your diving equipment configuration.
