The Dive Rutland Group Diving Experience is a fun, memorable try dive session designed for groups looking to experience the underwater world – no prior diving experience necessary! Whether you're organising a team-building activity, planning a celebration, or simply want to try something new together, our sessions can be tailored to suit your group’s interests – from exploring “inner space” to themed shipwreck adventures.

We work closely with you to customise the session to your group’s goals – whether that’s having fun, building confidence, or strengthening teamwork.
Minimum group size: 6
Maximum group size: 12
What do I need to bring with me?
- Participants should bring along a swimming costume, a towel and a Rash Vest or T-Shirt to wear in the pool.
What will you do?
Following an initial briefing and equipment walk through, you will be kitted up, taken through the basics of breathing underwater and then we set to meet the objective for the session.
An underwater camera is provided to allow participants to take their own photo's and we'll also take some wonderful pictures at no additional charge

Prior to any Diver training course students need to complete a Mandatory Medical Questionaire.
Please ensure that you have read the Medical Statement and are sure that you will be able to commence any diver training PRIOR to paying as our Training Terms Conditions apply after payment has been made.
A doctor's confirmation of fitness to dive is required if you answer YES to any medical condition on the Medical Statement.
Please note that if you need a Physician signoff most of our local surgeries WILL NOT sign this form, we suggest you contact Midlands Dive Chamber 01788 579 555 in this instance.
