Nautilus MOD Decals 36
Nautilus
£1.00
Nautilus is the technical diving hardware and consumables range we keep for the small parts that hold a rig together: snaps and double enders, bungee and caveline, compasses and pressure gauges, hoses and adapters, cylinder bands and boots, oxygen greases and gas labelling. It is not a headline range. It is the drawer you go to when something needs replacing before the next dive.

Nautilus is a technical diving hardware range rather than a headline equipment brand, and the contents of this collection reflect that: rigging hardware, line and bungee, hoses, adapters, gauges, cylinder fittings and consumables. A few items listed under Nautilus are supplied under their own names, among them the Christolube oxygen greases and the San O Sub oxygen rescue kit.
We have kept this description deliberately factual. Rather than tell a brand story we cannot stand behind, the section below sets out what is actually live in this collection today.
Rigging hardware covers stainless double enders in 90 and 120 mm, a 120 mm stage bolt snap, a 30 mm split ring, a 26 mm shackle and a 27 mm bow shackle, 8 mm domed backplate nuts, a technical diving coach bolt and a stainless D-ring holder for hose clamps.
For line and bungee we stock bungee cord in 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm and by the metre, a stage cylinder bungee, braided polyester caveline in 1.5 and 2 mm on 200 and 500 metre spools, and an aluminium spool.
Instruments and hoses take in 52 and 63 mm submersible pressure gauges, including a 360 bar oxygen gauge and snap-fitted versions, a button gauge, a 300 bar cylinder pressure check gauge, and bungee-mount compasses at 22 and 30 degrees. Hoses run to medium pressure in 3/8 inch and half inch, a high pressure hose and inflator hoses, with an HP swivel pin and a regulator adjuster alongside them.
On the cylinder side we list stainless jubilee bands and a protective cover, single and twinset tank boots, a stage rigging kit and a cylinder valve handwheel. Adapters and fittings cover G5/8 and M26 threads in several combinations, including a T-adapter and a bullnose male to DIN 300 female fitting.
Consumables and sundries round it out: Christolube MCG111 oxygen grease in jar, tube and syringe, a San O Sub oxygen rescue kit, MOD depth decals in six depths, oxygen, diluent and argon cylinder stickers, coil lanyards in three configurations, heavy duty wetnotes, a foam-lined case, a toolmaster, and drysuit inflation systems and bottles.
Most of this range is defined by a thread, a diameter or a pressure rating, and those have to match the equipment you already own. Adapter and fitting threads in particular are easy to get wrong from a listing photograph. Check the manufacturer specification for the kit you are fitting the part to, and if you are unsure, bring the old part into the shop or get in touch and describe it. For rigging hardware it is also worth seeing the wider clips, snaps and D-rings range to compare sizes and gate types.
Technical and twinset divers, and anyone maintaining or reconfiguring their own kit. Much of what is here is replacement and rigging hardware rather than a first purchase, which is why it is worth knowing the range exists before you need it.
