Accessories

Accessories are the small pieces of kit that make a dive work: the torch you clip on, the spool you carry, the spare o-ring you were glad to have. This is the whole Dive Rutland accessory range in one place, from underwater lighting and camera housings to reels, SMBs, clips, drysuit spares and equipment care. Use the categories below to narrow it down, or ask us what fits your setup.

A comprehensive range of diving accessories

Discover a comprehensive range of high-quality scuba diving accessories designed to enhance your underwater exploration. Whether you are a seasoned diver or just starting out, our carefully curated collection features must-have accessories that will elevate your diving experience.

    Lighting and underwater imaging

Primary and backup lights, video lights, strobes, camera housings, and the mounts, arms and cables that hold a rig together. Browse Torches and Strobes and Cameras, Strobes and Accessories. Mount fittings, cable connectors and battery types vary between manufacturers, so check the manufacturer specification before pairing parts from different systems.

    Line, signalling and navigation

Reels and spools, surface marker buoys and lifting bags, slates and wetnotes, and compasses. See Reels and Spools, SMB and Lifting Bags, Slates and Wetnotes and Compass and Accessories. What you carry is set by the diving you do and the standards you were trained to, rather than by any single rule we could give here.

    Rigging and cutting tools

Bolt snaps, clips and D-rings for stowing kit where you can reach it, plus knives, shears and line cutters. See Clips, Snaps and D-Rings and Knives and Cutting Tools. A cutting tool is safety kit, so choose one you can reach and deploy with the gloves you actually dive in.

Spares, servicing parts and equipment care

Hoses and adapters, drysuit valve and seal spares, computer straps and mounts, mask spares, workshop tools, and the cleaning and storage products that keep everything going. See Hoses and Accessories, Drysuit Accessories, Computer Accessories, Mask Accessories, Scuba Tools and Equipment Care. Many spares are model specific, so check the manufacturer specification for the item you are fitting them to.

    Fitting accessories to your setup

There is no single standard across manufacturers for threads, port sizes, ring systems or mount fittings, so the same accessory can fit one diver's kit and not another's. Where a specification matters, check the manufacturer specification for both parts, and talk to us if you are unsure. We service regulators, cylinders, drysuits and computers in house, so we can usually confirm compatibility or fit the part for you.

    Frequently asked questions

Compatibility is not standardised across manufacturers. Hose threads and port sizes, dryglove and seal ring systems, torch and camera mount fittings, computer straps and battery types all vary by brand and often by model. Check the manufacturer specification for both the accessory and the item you are fitting it to. If anything is unclear, send us the make and model and we will check it before you order.
That is set by the dive, the site and your training rather than by any general rule. A way of signalling on the surface, something to cut with and a light are common choices for UK diving, but what you actually need comes from your agency standards and the plan for the dive. Ask your instructor, and we are happy to talk through how to rig and stow whatever you choose.
Yes. The range covers hoses and adapters, drysuit valve and seal spares, computer straps and mounts, mask spares, tools, and cleaning and storage products. Many parts are model specific, so check the manufacturer specification or ask us with your make and model. We also service regulators, cylinders, drysuits and computers in house, so we can fit parts for you rather than leaving you to guess.
Use the category links near the top of this page to jump straight to lighting, imaging, reels and SMBs, clips and cutting tools, spares or equipment care, then narrow by brand using the filters. If you are putting a whole setup together rather than replacing a single item, it is usually quicker to talk it through with us in one go.
