Qualification
There is no minimum qualification as this can be a training trip or a dive trip.
NB: To dive the Karwela, you must be 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀.
To 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗸, you’ll need your 𝗦𝗦𝗜 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — and we highly recommend combining it with 𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘅 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 to extend your bottom time.
Number of Spaces
10 spaces are available but more can be added potentially but subject to availability of accomodation and flights - pricing will alter accordingly

Price Includes
- 7 nights Self Catering at a Luxurious Farmhouse Villas (https://www.calypsodivers.com/farmhouse-villas) accommodation (we can sort out breakfasts, eating out or cooking in the evenings between the group)
- 10 Cylinder Dive package (cylinder - 10 or 12L and weights) - more can be added
- Malta Environmental Charge
- Transfers from Malta Airport to accomodation and back
- Ferry from Malta to Gozo
- Nitrox if qualified
- Drinking Water
- Transfer to Dive Sites and back to Dive Centre
- 1 Car Hire - shared - to allow runs to Supermarket, to and from dive centre (hill involved) etc.

Hire Prices from Dive Centre Gozo
- Wetsuit 5mm, BCD, regulator, fins, boots, mask, snorkel - 20 EURO / Day
- Dive Computer - 6 EURO / Dive
- Torch - 6 EURO / Dive
- 15L Cylinder Surcharge - 3 EURO / Dive
- Night / Early Morning Dive - 12 EURO / Dive
Payment Terms
Normal diver etiquette and club ethos payment terms apply regarding this trip. Once your deposit has been received, you will be committed to the full payment including interim and final payments. In case of cancellation by you, any deposit, interim payment or final payment is non-refundable unless a replacement diver can be found.
The payment schedule is as follows
- Deposit - £300 - immediate
- Interim Payment - £300 - 1st Jan 2026
- Final Payment - £500 - 1st May 2026
Trip Terms and Conditions
This trip is subject to Dive Rutland Terms and Conditions AND to the Terms and conditions of the charter.
Flight prices are subject to change and trip price will be updated accordingly if we do not get 10 persons originally to lock flights in at current pricing. (October 2025)
