What Do I need to start on the SSI Gas Blender course?

You must be:-

  1. A certified Enriched Air Diver (or equivalent); and
  2. Aged 18 or over

What will you learn on the SSI Gas Blender course?

  1. Knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of different blending methodologies.
  2. Understanding of the potential hazards related to handling oxygen, and how to manage those hazards.
  3. Explain the steps for oxygen cleaning.
  4. Describe the requirements for oxygen service.
  5. You will complete practical elements resulting in your blending mixes to within one percent of the target mix
